Robert has 14 years of experience in the retail automotive industry with 10 years in F&I.

While in the position of Finance Director, Robert created the Alliant Credit Turn-Down Reversal System to be the solution for the hundreds of declined applicants produced by each store in his dealer group.

In early 2009, the Alliant system was perfected at the test dealership. During the trials, the system performed a 10% conversion of declined applicants into sold and delivered customers.

* These were applicants who could not get approved - even with the best efforts of a strong F&I Department - because they had credit reports showing current negative items.

Robert has created and installed FTC Safeguards Rule, and Red Flags Rule Identity Theft Protection programs currently used in dealerships. Safeguards and Red Flags auditing, as well as compliance consultation, is available FREE OF CHARGE to every Alliant Approval Technologies client.

Robert has also written many articles on F&I procedures and compliance. He has been published in Wards Dealer Business Magazine, and numerous online publications
